Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, or other sensitive account credentials. Red Brilliance will never ask for your Apple or Google password.

Restore Purchases

UpQuote refreshes purchases automatically. If a pack is missing, open UpQuote, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple or Google account that bought the pack. If a pack still does not appear, contact support with the platform, pack name, and approximate purchase date.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the store where the purchase was made. Use Apple's refund instructions for App Store purchases or Google Play refund instructions for Google Play purchases.

Cloud Progress Sync

Cloud progress sync can be managed in UpQuote Settings. It uses Apple Game Center on iOS and Google Play Games Services on Android. If sync is not working, confirm that you are signed in to the platform account, keep cloud progress sync enabled, and tap Sync now.

Progress Recovery

If progress is missing or changed unexpectedly, update UpQuote first, then open Settings > Progress Recovery. Use Share Diagnostics for lost-progress investigations, or Copy Request Code if support asks for a code to restore progress from screenshots or a written description. Send the code or diagnostics to support with the packs, board numbers, Daily dates, or completed packs that need help.

Do not delete or reinstall UpQuote while support is investigating, because that can remove local diagnostics and pending request state. If support sends a recovery code, paste it on the same device using Settings > Progress Recovery > Paste Recovery Code. Request and recovery codes expire and are bound to the device that generated the request.

Support recovery adds restored progress and keeps your current progress. It can restore progress, favorites, tutorial completion, and support-authored completed runs. It does not unlock paid packs, grant purchases, or repair App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat entitlements. Restored progress syncs to cloud only if cloud progress sync is on and available.

Aggregate Gameplay Statistics

UpQuote Settings includes a Share gameplay stats toggle. Turning it off stops Play Games Events on Android and CloudKit aggregate gameplay counter reports on iOS. It does not affect purchases, cloud progress sync, crash reporting, or Game Center achievements. Re-enabling it later does not upload statistics from the time it was off.

Erase Progress

UpQuote Settings includes an erase-data flow. It always erases local progress. If cloud progress sync is enabled and connected, it also erases synced UpQuote progress. If cloud sync is off, cloud data is not contacted. Erasing progress resets pack order, favorites, hints, tutorial completion, and board progress. It does not remove access to packs you own through your Apple or Google account.

Crash Reporting

Crash reporting helps diagnose app errors. It can be turned on or off in Settings. Diagnostic attachments are configured to mask text and images before they are sent.

Saving And Sharing Images

UpQuote can generate images for saving or sharing through your device. Photo library access is used only when you choose to save an image. Sharing is handled by your device's share sheet and the app or service you choose.
